About our class

In Attenborough we work hard to provide a calm and nurturing environment for your children to learn ensuring that they feel happy and safe whilst in school.

We meet the children's needs through providing learning in fun and practical ways that engage the children linked to their interests.

Summer Term

In the summer term we are looking forward to learning about beaches, seaside’s, coastlines and rainforests. We are also going to be growing plants and investigating animals and bugs in our environment. In maths we are going to be working on our addition, subtraction, multiplication and division skills and we are going to continue to use colourful semantics to help us structure and write sentences in English. 

Spring 1

During the first half of spring term in Attenborough we are looking forward to doing lots of different topics linked to our interests and our year group work. Including, Road Trip to the USA, and Misty Mountains in Geography and Light and States of Matter in Science.
