Staff Changes for Summer
Mrs Lo Cascio and Mrs Loomes have enjoyed getting to know and learning alongside all the wonderful children in year 2 but they will be on maternity leave for the Summer term.
We would like to welcome Mrs Sansanwal to Windsor Class and Miss Betts & Mrs Hathi to Tudor Class!

Year 2 Summer 1 Topic
Magnificent Monarchs
This term we will be understanding monarchs of the past and comparing aspects of life in the different time-periods to now. We will use a variety of sources such as pictures, diary entries and portraits to develop our knowledge and understanding.
Year 2 Spring 2 Topic
Coastal Adventures!
This Spring term we will be learning more about the United Kingdom and exploring towns alongside the coastline. We will compare the towns with where we live in South Oxhey and a Non-European Coastline too.
The children will research British Seasides of the past and learn about traditional seaside activities including 'Punch and Judy' puppet shows.
The children will also design and make their own puppets ready for a show of their own!
